A charge from "Cabin Fever Primitives"
will appear on your statement.
Candles, etc. are CUSTOM made to order.
Prepayment may be required.
RETAIL Order Shipping
Information:
Retail Orders ship in approx. 5-20 business days depending upon
the season. Aug. - Dec. is my busiest time of year.
RUSH ORDERS:
All of my handcrafted items are custom made to order, so
for the most part Rush Orders are not
possible.
UPS GROUND Shipping
& Handling Rates:
Applies to RETAIL CUSTOMERS within the Continental US & includes
INSURANCE.
Additional charges may apply for oversized items,
or shipping to additional addresses.

.....$26-50 add $8.50
.....$51-75 add $9.50
.....$76-99 add $10.50
.....$100+ Free
Outside the Continental US and
International Orders:
Will be shipped via the United States
Postal Service (USPS). I will charge you actual
shipping and insurance plus a small handling fee.
Shopping Cart Tips:
Orders are submitted via a SECURE
Server!
Make your selections from the drop down menu(s)
for each item and then hit "Add Item." At any
time you may click on "View Cart"
to see the items you have placed in your cart.
Enter the desired quantity before adding item.
If you would like to change the quantity of an
item AFTER you have added it to your cart,
select "View Cart" change the qty, and
then you must select
"Recalculate."
Once you have finished adding items to your cart
please select "Check Out."
Privacy Policy:
To protect
your privacy information collected when placing
your order will NOT be sold or be provided to
anyone.
Customer
Satisfaction/Retail Return/Cancellation Policy:
Customer Satisfaction is VERY important to me!
Please inform me immediately if you are ever
dissatisfied with your order.
I will refund your purchase price in full on any
product returned in it's original unused
condition within 15 days.
Please contact me for an approval code. Return
shipping is customer's responsibility.
Shipping & Handling Charges are not
refundable and proof of purchase is required.
Orders may be cancelled if you contact me before
order is processed and shipped. If not, please
handle as a return.
Sales Policy:
*Please note: Cabin Fever is a
small family owned and operated business. I take pride in
each and every item that I make.
I sell Retail to
customers for their own personal use as well as
Wholesale only to qualified RETAILERS with
Retail Gift Shop Store Fronts. I reserve the
right to determine how my product is sold, or to
discontinue sale to any company or individual due
to misrepresentation or the improper use of my
products.
I do not sell to competitors (i.e.
other candle companies.) My
products are not to be purchased
with the intention of re-labeling, duplicating or
recreating the item for resale by other crafters
or companies. I do not sell my
products for resale on the internet, by 'web-based
only' businesses, for auctioning on eBay, for sale at flea
markets, craft shows, etc.
